Please note that from November 1^st, 2012 visa request booking will be possible through the VFS' website -  www.vfsglobal-it-bd.com  - for the following types of visa: L/S, R/F and S/R.
For other kinds of visa enquiries, please contact the VFS counters directly.

Consular Section: all the files will have to be submitted through the VFS agency.
                             
Translation and legalization services and visa applications collecting are available at VFS Agency in "Italy Visa Application Centre" (ZN Tower, 1st floor, Plot # 2, Rd # 8, Block SW (1), Gulshan Av, Gulshan 1, Dhaka).

The time schedule will be Sunday to Thursday as follows:

Application Submission (All Categories): From 09:00am to 12:00pm

Legalization Submission: From 02:00pm to 04:00pm

Passport Delivery: 04:00pm to 05:00pm

Appointment Scheduling: 09:00am to 12:00pm

Helpline: 9:00am to 3:00pm

We inform that Tradusoft.com Translation Agency (Bashati Dream, Rd 20, Hs 3, Apt A5, 5th Floor, Gulshan 1, behind Navana Tower) is the only official translator for this Embassy.

Due to the huge numbers of students who want to join Italian universities, all applicants will have to submit their study degrees to IOM in order to have them verified, before submitting them to the Italian Embassy. All the details can be found at the following link: Study certificates verification.
