University Study 2010/2011
The Italian Ministry of University (
www.miur.it
and
www.study-in-italy.it
) on May 13th published the new rules for foreign citizens who want to study in Italian universities.
All the students who submitted their study related papers to this Embassy before the deadline should have collected their "Declaration of Value" so far. This document and all the other attested papers must be submitted directly by the students themselves to their Italian university when they reach Italy. No paper is supposed to be sent in advance through any agent or middleman.
Students are advised to contact directly the office for foreign students of their university in case they need assistance.
We remind all the students that according to Italian laws (Art. 58, c. D del D.P.R. 200/1967), all the papers related to study issues are totally free of charge, with the only exception for the translation of study degrees, when issued by an official translator.
Important notice
Submitting forged documents and/or seals, stamps and signatures is a criminal offence that will be prosecuted by law.
